Payments and cancellation policy

Payments. The program fee is payable in four instalments, the first of which has to be sent with your completed application documents. Should you not be accepted onto the program, the first payment of $900 will be refunded to you in full. Further instalments are payable according to the payment schedule which will be sent to you with the application package. Please note that the program fee will be due in full before your departure.

Cancellation and refund policy. If a cancellation is received more than 60 days before departure, 50% of the program fees due at the time are forfeited. Within 60 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 75% of the program fees due at the time. The first instalment of $900 is non-refundable after your application has been accepted by STS. Program fees are non-refundable after departure.
