My 6-month exchange program to the US was the most fulfilling experience I have ever had. The environment I was placed in was quite different to my home town of Sydney, however the fun-loving community and personality of the typical American created new experiences and new friends. My new family and friends taught me things about their culture, but I also learnt a lot about myself through the experience. It was an opportunity to make life-long friends and my experience holds memories that I will never forget. America is a beautiful country filled with fun-loving people. It's a country you should explore.
