Departure and journey - STS always provides assistance at the international departure points and an experienced escort on many flights out of Australia.

Arrival in your host country - On arrival at final destination you will be met by your host family or a STS representative, in some cases both.

Full support 24 hours a day /  7 days a week - Before departure you will get the contact details of your overseas representative. He/she will be your main contact and support person during your exchange program.
