STS is a global organisation with offices in over 20 countries. The STS worldwide staff abides by the same rules, guidelines and procedures set by the Headquarters in Sweden. In those countries without an STS office, we are represented by the best exchange organisations.

Therefore you have the guarantee to get a high standard of service wherever you go for your STS exchange program. An important part of this service is the local support provided to you by our dedicated and experienced staff.

Local support 24/7 - After you have settled in, your local representative will contact you and be your support until your return to your home country. Or you may even meet your local representative on your day of arrival. He/she will be your first point of contact in your host country, the first friend you will make, and will be in touch with you at least once a month. Even if you only need someone to talk to as a friend, you can count on your local representative for emotional support and guidance throughout your stay.

Support provided to parents - our Head Office in Sydney will liaise with the office in your host country to get reports on your progress and to follow up on any problem you may have. We will be directly in contact with your parents for reports and other updates, and to keep them informed of any problem you may have and of the solution provided to you.
